Nicaragua is known as the "country of mountains and lakes." coffee is mainly produced in the north-central mountainous areas. it has tropical forests and fertile volcanic soil, and is composed of ferns, orchids and lichens.
The history of Nepal is full of conquest, resistance, war, dictatorship, corruption and disaster. In 1999 and 2003, the huge hurricane and the ensuing drought, as well as the collapse of the price of coffee on the international market, caused many people to lose their homes.
This is a difficult country. Nevertheless, in the eyes of neighboring countries, it is a very optimistic group. The most common description of Nicaragua is "Muy Simpatico", which means happy, friendly and easy to be friends.
Storm Manor is located in the Las Manos producing area on the northwest border of Nicaragua. Like other estates in this area, Stormwind Manor is a small estate with only 7 hectares of land. Even so, it won the fifth place in Nicaragua's COE in 2011 and is a powerful manor.
Francisco Irene Olivera, the owner of the estate, along with his wife and four children, takes care of growing coffee, which grows under native trees, protecting coffee and breathing the dwindling forest. During the growing season, additional workers are hired to help harvest and select raw beans. The main varieties planted on the estate are Maracaturra (mating of Caturra and Maragogype), Caturra and Red Catuai. The planting height is about 1350-1500 meters above sea level.
The sight of their own small farmers, shade farming and perseverance is the epitome of the daily life of more than 90% of the coffee farmers in Nepal.
The coffee of Storm Manor has the aroma of Star fruit juice, the acidity of ripe plums and plums, the sweetness of citrus, and the delight and smoothness.
