Preparation phase:

Step 2

Pour the normal temperature water of 230ml into the lower seat of the mocha pot, grind the fresh coffee beans into powder, grind the scale into a fine grind, pour into the filter cup and cover with a weight reducing plate.

Cooking stage:

Step 1 put the prepared mocha pot on the fire source and boil it over high fire as much as possible to reduce the contact time between hot water and coffee powder.

Note: as the coffee powder is fine grinding, contact with hot water for a long time is easy to produce excessive extraction and miscellaneous smell, but in contrast, fine grinding is also easier to extract the aromatic substances of coffee.

Step 4

After 50 seconds, turn off the fire and stir for the third time (5 times). Put a wet rag around the upper and lower seats to lower the temperature and accelerate the coffee to enter the lower seat through the filter.

Step 5

Wait for all the coffee to flow into the lower seat, move the upper seat away, pour out the coffee and enjoy.

Note: after cleaning the filter cloth, please put it in the water and put it in the refrigerator to avoid contact with the air.
