The European Fine Coffee Association (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe), referred to as SCAE, is a worldwide organization. Coffee fanatics held a meeting in London on June 5, 1988, which led to the birth of the association.
SCAE was founded to promote high-quality coffee culture and plays an important role in the coffee industry. SCAE offers a globally recognized coffee diploma, from planting to baking to finished products to professional services, to extend a range of coffee-related knowledge and skills to all parts of the world through theory and practice. Coffee technology is divided into six areas, and each field is divided into basic, advanced and professional levels. Students can obtain the association's coffee certification and qualifications as long as they are qualified for 100 credits.
