A perfect cup of coffee-seven simple rules
To make good coffee, here are seven simple rules:
Use freshly roasted coffee beans and store them for up to a week, preferably half an hour before roasting.
Store coffee beans in containers protected from light.
Coffee beans freshly ground before brewing.
Before use, put the tap water for a few seconds, then boil the water with fresh cold water just flowing from the tap, but not too long, and do not pour boiling water on coffee.
Use whatever method you prefer-plunger, drip or whatever-to ensure that coffee has enough brewing time.
Drink right away; always remember to preheat the cup before pouring coffee.
