400 ml of milk
Coffee powder 4-5 teaspoons (thicker and lighter according to your taste)
75 grams of sugar
Fish gum powder (or Agar) 1 2 grams

1. Stir the fish glue powder with a little water and set aside in a hot water seat.
2, simmer cream and milk with sugar over low heat until sugar dissolves, finally add coffee powder to stir well, turn off heat.
