What is espresso?

The espresso products of Qianjie Coffee Store all use blended coffee beans, a medium-to-deep roasted "sunflower warm blend coffee beans" made of 30% Ethiopian Yega Snow Red Cherry Coffee beans and 70% Honduran Shirley Coffee beans. The aim is to hope that all espresso products can be stable for a long time, so that every guest can drink coffee of stable quality.

The extraction parameters of espresso need to be adjusted according to different coffee machines and grinders. The previous Street Coffee provides a reference data for the initial extraction of espresso: 40g of liquid coffee was extracted with 20g powder at 1:2 & 9bar pressure for 25-30 seconds. According to the flavor performance of the coffee after the actual extraction, the coffee was adjusted accordingly.

Qianjie Coffee Store uses Q18 bean grinder and lelit brand coffee machine. The daily extraction parameters are about 19.8-20g very fine ground coffee powder to extract 35-38g coffee liquid, about 27-30 seconds. The espresso extracted from warm sun mixed coffee beans shows a strong aroma of fermented wine, sweet and sour berries, smooth vanilla cream and a nutty, caramel finish.

What is a latte?

A latte is simply coffee with milk. The practice is also very simple, add heating to the extracted espresso and whisk the milk with delicate bubbles, and then various styles of flower patterns can be made.

Qianjie Coffee is produced in daily stores, using warm sun to mix coffee beans to add hot water / ice water mixture at 1:5.
