The Barinas Farm, currently led by M á rcio BorgesCastro Alves, has been passed on for seven generations and has continued Alberto Castro Alves's vision when it began growing coffee in 1950. The history of Barinas Farm and the Alves family, which owns it, dates back to the seventh generation of the 19th century and is now led by M á rcio Borgs Castro Alves and his son Tiago. Barinas Farm Nongjiale is located in the town of Arax á in Minas Gerais. They have the most advanced laboratory, the latest equipment and high-quality team. The farm has won several awards and was recognized as a finalist for the famous TV show Globo Rural's "Sustainable Farm" in 2016.
Edson Hiroaki Tamekuni and his two brothers manage the Vargem Grande farm they bought in 2016. The brothers shared several cooperative awards for their hard work on the farm, including the first prize in the 2017 coffee competition. Vargem Grande Farm, located in Campos Altos, Minas Gerais, covers an area of 100 hectares and mainly grows coffee plantations.
This natural plant grows at a high altitude of more than 1100 meters and is located at the Alto (COOPADAP) Experimental Station in Paranaba, Minas Gerais.
