● washing method:
Washing treatment is the most popular treatment method at present, represented by Central and South America (except Brazil). Washing treatment is the most technical method in the extraction of raw beans, and its cost is also the highest. generally, it takes 2-10 kg of clean water to get 200 grams of coffee beans. For countries rich in water resources in Central and South America, this method can be used as the main way to extract raw beans, while in Africa, the method of washing treatment is relatively extravagant. Water washing soy mellow flavor and bright feeling is better, no miscellaneous smell, no soil smell which is difficult to avoid in the sun treatment.
The process of washing treatment is generally as follows:
