This treatment allows the coffee beans to ferment for a long time at low temperatures, so that the beans can have a brighter, cleaner but full flavor.

3. Panama-Rose Summer

Rose is now the representative variety of boutique coffee, and the best rose is generally believed to be produced in Panama, but this variety was actually found in the rose forest of Ethiopia as early as 1931 and sent to the Coffee Institute in Kenya. it was then introduced to Uganda and Tanzania in 1936 and Costa Rica in 1953. Panama only began to grow rosy summer coffee in the 1970s.
