Last Updated: 2024/09/08, I have been thinking about this subject for a long time, because it is very difficult to write and can not be very comprehensive. On another point, my personal understanding of this is only the tip of the iceberg. But seeing that many barista friends suffer losses in the workplace, I feel very uncomfortable. I want to express some of my views on the coffee workplace, so that some friends can develop well in the coffee industry and avoid it as much as possible.

咖啡师应具备的职业素养

I have been thinking about this subject for a long time, because it is very difficult to write and can not be very comprehensive. On another point, my personal understanding of this is only the tip of the iceberg. But seeing that many barista friends suffer losses in the workplace, I feel very uncomfortable. I want to express some of my views on the coffee workplace, so that some friends can develop well in the coffee industry and try to avoid touching the hidden rocks in the workplace.

Let's start with what an enterprise is. I have asked a lot of barista students, have you ever considered what is an enterprise? Almost all of them have not considered this problem, which is very disadvantageous to facing employment, going to work, or how to work on the job, so it is necessary for us to understand what the enterprise problem is.

There is a relevant explanation of the enterprise in the dictionary, but it is too abstract and too not close to our reality. Few of us ordinary people can understand this thing, so we simply do not understand the blind spot that has gradually formed knowledge. There is a great man named Chen Anzhi. Although I don't quite agree with some of his theories, his exposition of the enterprise suddenly enlightens me. Enterprises are people, he said. Yes, an enterprise is a person, made up of a group of people, not a pile of products, not a pile of fixed assets, not rows of factories, not.

In the enterprise, people control everything, the factory building is built by people, and the products are developed and produced by people. So what are we doing in the enterprise? In fact, it is to deal with people, with different people. Deal with leaders, colleagues and customers. Many of us ignore this aspect and lack communication skills. We only know that we do things foolishly and cannot cooperate with others to make our work better. Do not have a sense of teamwork and live in yourself. I read Lei Feng Diary-March X, 1960: "I will always remember that a drop of water can never be dry until it is put into the sea, and that a person can have power only when he integrates himself with the collective." Strength comes from unity, wisdom from labor, action from thought, and honor from the collective.

Now that we know what an enterprise is, let's talk about what kind of people the enterprise needs. I once took a management course, which said that in an enterprise, people are divided into four categories according to their attitude and ability.

The first category of people: good attitude, good ability, this kind of people we call them high-quality goods. Its professional quality is very good, it is often urgent for the enterprise, think what the enterprise thinks, take the initiative in everything, never the selection committee. Deeply loved by colleagues and trusted by the boss. In addition to these, its working ability is also very good, first-class technology, and with the development of the enterprise needs to constantly improve their own business level. This kind of person is the highly paid and courteous talent that every enterprise dreams of.

The second category of people: good attitude, poor ability, this kind of people we call them semi-finished products. Such people have good professionalism and a high sense of ownership, but their abilities are not very good. Most of the bosses adopt a tolerant attitude towards this kind of people, and their ability is not good. It doesn't matter. Enterprises provide them with opportunities, platforms, and constantly train their abilities. Even spend money to train their abilities. As long as these people work hard, they will grow up one day and their abilities will be raised to the level needed by the enterprise.

The third category of people: bad attitude, good ability, this kind of people we call them processed products, but also say that drugs. The performance of this kind of people in an enterprise is to show off because they have the ability or have made achievements in a certain field of work, showing off an air of narcissism and narcissism, paying no attention to anyone. I always complain at work that I give too much and get too little. To form gangs, to confront enterprises and institutions. Supercilious, as if the earth could not turn without him. They have a great negative impact on the team.

The fourth category of people: bad attitude, poor ability, this kind of people we call them waste products. This kind of person is ignorant and ignorant, like a piece of rat shit, which harms the enterprise and brings endless aftermath to the enterprise. Companies will tolerate these types of people for a short time and fire them as soon as the time is right.

Now, readers are asked to meditate for 10 seconds, take a seat for themselves and reflect on what kind of people they belong to in the current enterprise, and if not the first category, then what should we do?

The results of the third and fourth categories of people are obvious, because these two types of people are called "villains", and enterprises will "eliminate evil" if they want to manage smoothly.

About the third category of people, it is very interesting, here I will analyze them. This kind of people have a bad attitude, but their ability is very good. It would be a pleasure if we could change their attitude, make their attitude better and become a boutique in line with the philosophy of the enterprise. There is another subject in front of us. We all know that it is difficult to change a person, and sometimes it is counterproductive and thankless. It takes time and price to make it change, and the loss outweighs the gain. So some companies don't bother to work on this kind of people. But I think: for the good of the enterprise, in order to save such people, the company has the responsibility and obligation to give such people a chance (only once) to help them understand the consequences if they are treated in their current state of work. Let me give an example of a boy who talked about a girlfriend. His girlfriend is very beautiful, and they have a very good relationship, so much so that they are talking about marriage. But right now, his girlfriend called him and said: I no longer love you, you have no money, no house, you are despicable and shameless, I am going to marry a rich son, we will never see each other again! With that, she hung up the phone and had no contact with each other. Just imagine, the second before she broke up with him, she was an angel in his mind, but after that second, she immediately became the devil in his mind. This example tells us that a person's mind changes in a second, depending on whether you are willing to give yourself a second, and whether others are willing to give you a second.

If a friend happens to be the third kind of person, please give yourself a second, otherwise, you will be eliminated by the enterprise.

In fact, these four types of people have been analyzed in many reasons. The protagonist "Xiao Liuzi" in CCTV's once popular TV series "Big Dye Square", he went from an uneducated beggar to the leader of China's textile industry during the Republic of China through his own unremitting efforts. He divides people into four classes: the first class does not need to teach, the second class teaches with words, the third class teaches with sticks, and the fourth class cuts them off with knives. Sima Guang in the Han Dynasty also made similar remarks: virtue and talent are important, virtue and talent are limited, and talent is not used without virtue. Niu Gensheng of Mengniu often takes Sima Guang's employment theory as his philosophy of controlling people, which is used in his own enterprise, constantly deducing the truth that a small victory depends on wisdom and a great victory lies in virtue. China's largest financial and business management software developer and the largest independent software manufacturer-there are also two important criteria for employing people: first, moral character comes first; second, attitude towards things. Because only positive people have the possibility to do things well, it does not mean that they can do things well, but this is more likely. Similar cases abound.
