Ethiopia (Ethiopia) is one of the ancient countries in Africa with a long history of 3000 years. The three colors of the national flag symbolize the Trinity of the Father, the son and the Holy Spirit, embody the three virtues of loyalty, hope and kindness advocated by human freedom, and represent the three regions of Tiklee (red), Amhara (yellow) and Theo (green). The five-pointed star on the blue round face shines to symbolize prosperity.
There are eight main coffee producing areas in Ethiopia: Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, Harrar, Teppi/Bebeka, Djimma, Illubabor, Limu and Nekempte. One of the more well-known boutique coffee producing areas are Yega Sheffield, Sidamo, Kinby, Lim and Hara.

Lemon Green (Lemon Green) M2M COFFEE's latest work. Harvested in 2017, it is a native species of Ethiopia from Cochelle, Ethiopia. It is washed with pleasant flavors of lime, bergamot and small white flowers.
This "lime green" from Cochel, Ethiopia, is the sister of "citrus flowers". Unlike the classic citrus flavor, the refreshing lime flavor has become the main tone, with enough sweetness to make people feel happy. relying on professional and careful roasting of coffee beans, we show its delicate side, and the aromas of bergamot and small white flowers will bloom permanently in the mouth.
How to make Yega Sheffield coffee [lemon green] well?
Qianjie Coffee hand Chong reference: weigh 15g [lemon green] coffee powder, pour into the grinder to grind moderately, the ground particles are slightly thicker than salt, we use BG bean grinder to scale 5R (standard sieve pass rate 60%), water temperature 90 degrees, V60 filter cup extraction.
The hot water in the hand flushing pot draws a circle clockwise with the center of the filter cup. Start the time when brewing, brew the coffee to 30g in 15 seconds, then stop the water injection, and when the time is up to 1 minute, the second water injection. The second water injection is the same as before, draw a circle clockwise with the center of the filter cup, and the water flow should not rush to the place where the coffee powder is connected with the filter paper, so as not to produce channel effect.
Coffee powder to the outermost circle to set aside a circle, and then another circle to the middle, 2 minutes 20 seconds, to the coffee to 220g, brewing coffee is finished.
