As the second most populous country in Central America after Mexico, Guatemala also ranks second in coffee production in China and the United States. Although it has been affected by political unrest for many years, the country once famous for its "smoke coffee" in Antigua has no shortage of high-quality boutique coffee. More than half of the land of less than 110000 square kilometers is rich in coffee, coffee, sugar and bananas are the three major export crops, and the coffee industry provides employment opportunities for 12% of the population. Coffee production is mainly concentrated in the central and southern parts of the country, and the more famous producing areas are San Marcos (San Marco), Huehue (Micro Tenango), Antigua (Antigua), Cobb á n (Cuban), Atitl á n (Attilan) and so on.

The year-round high temperature and abundant rainfall in the equatorial region, the highlands stretching more than a kilometer in the Andes, and the fertile volcanic ash soil have created the unique aroma, bright acidity and rich taste of Guatemalan coffee. In addition, in recent years, with the promotion of CUP OF EXCELLENCE competitions and the development of cooperation among small farmers, various Guatemalan manor boutique beans with a large number of bourbon and Tippica species have emerged one after another. Great achievements have also been made in organic production.

Mingjia this bean is a delicate water-washed organic bean Finca Entre Rios Organic from the central region of Guatemala northeast of Guatemala City.

Finca Entre Rios, located in the heart of the Sierra de la Minas Reserve in the northeast of Guatemala City, is a small farm with 18 hectares of coffee producing area and a similar area of forest, with an annual output of about 300 bags. The name of the farm comes from two clear and transparent rivers derived from the upper highlands of the farm. The water from these two rivers is used to wash coffee beans. There is an endangered sesame oil tree in the woodland of the farm, some of which are as old as 300 years old. There is a "cloud" climate, which provides good conditions for the growth of a variety of rare animals and plants. Senora Anneliese Wintzer, the farmer, adheres to the idea that coffee production is based on getting along well with the creatures in the surrounding environment to protect the ecological balance. For more than 10 years, the farm has been committed to providing better habitat conditions for rare animals in the cloudy climate.
