How to brew Mexican coffee

Once you've collected your ingredients, it takes about 15 minutes to make Mexican coffee. Follow these steps:

Boil the water in a medium pan.

Add piloncillo or brown sugar and stir to dissolve.

Turn off the heat and soak for 10 minutes.
