Coffee grows in the tropics between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Cancer, with sufficient precipitation and an average annual temperature of 21 ℃ without frost. The suitable altitude for coffee growth is from sea level to 1500m. Coffee trees need five years to begin to bear fruit, and the production period is about 15 years.

Planting coffee trees is by no means easy. Soil temperature is a key condition, and the suitable temperature is about 27.7 ℃. At the same time, there are higher requirements for sunshine and humidity.

The coffee tree produces coffee fruit. This evergreen shrub can grow to more than 7m, but it is usually kept at a height of 2m for easy harvesting. The flowers of the tree have the shape and fragrance of jasmine.
