Brewing coffee powder by hand without a coffee machine
Coffee powder can be brewed manually without a coffee machine.
There are two common methods, filter paper brewing and using a press pot (or tea or coffee maker).

I. Preparations:
1. coffee powder
You can grind coffee beans yourself, or buy ready-made coffee powder. Coffee powder needs to be sealed after opening the bag, try to drink it within a week, and it is not easy to run. A spoonful of ground coffee is enough to make a cup of coffee.
2. water
To use 92-96 degrees of water, do not use boiled water. 96 degrees of water can destroy the oil in coffee, make coffee bitter. The temperature of the water is too low to bubble the taste of coffee, coffee will be sour and astringent.
II. brewing
1. Filter paper brewing:
Fine coffee powder is suitable for brewing in this way. Using a small funnel, place a piece of filter paper inside the funnel and put a cup of coffee powder into the filter paper pocket. (Avoid coffee entering the interlayer between the filter paper and the funnel wall) First wet the coffee powder with water at the right temperature, and add water later (water should be added slowly to avoid the water level being higher than the filter paper so that the coffee grounds are washed into the coffee) until a good cup of coffee.
2. Press kettle brewing
Put N cups of coffee powder into the pot to match the thickness of the press pot, but do not exceed the brewing limit of the coffee pot. Pour the water at 91-96 degrees Celsius into the pot until the top of the metal frame outside the coffee pot, put the filter rod, soak for 3 minutes and push the filter to the bottom. A pot of good coffee is cooked.
III. note
1. Coffee is not really boiled over fire, but brewed with water at 91-96 degrees Celsius.
2. Preheat the coffee pot before making coffee.
3. Coffee powder can not be brewed a second time, any kind of coffee brewing is water in the coffee flavor (soluble in water and insoluble in organic matter)
