Yejia Shefei: altitude 1800--2000 meters| Garden coffee system

Yegashefi belongs to the Sidamo region, and because of its unique flavor, rich and complex fruit, it became popular internationally almost overnight, causing Ethiopian coffee farmers to compete to be proud of their coffee with Yegashefi flavor. So it's been singled out. It is a wetland since ancient times, and the old saying "Yirga" means "settle down" and "Cheffe" means "wetland". In addition to the town of Yejia Shefei, it also includes three sub-producing areas around Wenago, Kochere, Gelena and Abaya. Therefore, Yirgacheffe A, Wenago A, Kochere A, Gelena/AbayaA will be more expensive than B in the new Yergacheffe grading system.
