Why are the basic skills of Chinese baristas worse than those of foreign countries?

It is the problem of learning the atmosphere of coffee. Most of the young baristas in China learn coffee because of pulling flowers.

When I was learning coffee, I didn't know about pulling flowers.

I just kept practicing espresso, and I didn't know that there was such a thing until more than a few years later.

To get to the point, baristas who can pull flowers in China.

You need to know that barista's skill is not how many patterns you can pull.

Compare with each other to see what kind of pattern to pull and so on.

In the final stage of the practice, it is possible to have 20 shot in 24 seconds (1oz) in a row.

Although gbc lost the game, the most gratifying thing is the score of my technical score.
