Alida Panama Elida (Natural), Panama
Erida Manor, which covers more than half of the area in the reserved area of Panama National Park, is an ultra-high-altitude estate rarely seen in Central America, growing coffee from 1700 meters to nearly 2, 000 meters and is famous for its "rich, delicious" spindle flavor.
Elida Erida Manor, her flavor is stronger and more obvious than most Panamanian beans, black berry aftertaste and varied taste, become the main reason why the diners love her very much.
Erida Manor is the winner of the best Panama competition.
Elida Manor is located on the western border of Panama-chirqui-Boquete province, where the Baru volcano is one of the highest volcanoes in Central America, and the fertile volcanic soil provides the best nutrients for coffee. The Baru volcano is divided into seven different microclimate zones according to altitude, protected by national parks, prohibiting man-made development and hunting, and protecting precious and rare plants, birds and breast-feeding animals. Elida Manor has a total area of about 65 hectares, half of which are located in national parks, only 30 per cent of which grow coffee trees and the rest are virgin forests.
There are three main varieties planted in lida Manor, namely, Catuai (Kaduai), Typica (Iron pickup) and Geisha (Rose Summer). The processing plant of the manor is halfway up the hillside. After the coffee is picked, it can be transported to the factory for processing as soon as possible to ensure that the quality of the coffee fruit is not affected. Of course, Elida's environment is also suitable for growing other high-quality temperate crops, especially tree tomatoes and some uncommon high-altitude fruits. Interestingly, the taste of these fruits can also be found in Elida coffee.
