Is Rosa coffee really good?

The most familiar rosy summer coffee in Panama has a very charming tonality, similar to rose and jasmine, and usually bright and upward in acidity, with citrus notes. Are Panamanian rose summer and Ethiopian rose summer the same variety?
In the early 1930s, rose varieties were collected in an Ethiopian area called Gesha. At that time, there was not only one variety collected, but a mixture of varieties sold in the region's primeval forests and markets, which were sent to Kenya for research and cultivation.
After that, Tanzania, Costa Rica and Panama have introduced Rosa coffee for further cultivation and research. In order to adapt to the local climate of different regions, these plants gradually formed different genes, and the flavor will be different.
On the other hand, the Rose Summer Coffee in Panama has a very attractive and exquisite coffee flavor because of its high altitude and climate. It was discovered by the owner of the Panamanian Jade Manor in 2003 and sent to participate in the Best Panama (bop) Competition in 2004. Its unique flavor shocked all the judges at that time, and finally broke the BOP history record with an average cup score of 94.6, and won the championship. It has become the champion bean seed all over the world overnight.
Over the past decade, people have begun to try to bring Rosa coffee back to Ethiopia and grow it in the 475-hectare Rosa Village, 12 miles from the Rosa Forest. The plantation owner is involved in the search for wild bean seeds in the forest. Now they are growing several rose beans they have brought back from the forest, hoping to produce higher-quality coffee.
Although the variety planted in Ruoxia Village is also known as Rosa, it is essentially a native variety in Ethiopia. Even though the plant shape, bean shape, cup test performance and so on are closest to the Panamanian rose summer varieties, but since the Panamanian rose summer has not been "tamed" by human beings (but the Panamanian rose summer has been "tamed" by humans and nature for many years), so Ethiopia's rose summer and Central and South America rose summer are two different varieties.
How does Rosa coffee taste good?

The texture of medium-shallow roasted coffee beans is hard, and it is easy to sink to the bottom and plug the water hole when cooking. Therefore, Qianjie Coffee recommends using a Chinese standard No. 20 sieve with a pass rate of 78% (about the size of fine granulated sugar) on the grinding fineness of coffee beans, and the brewing water temperature is recommended to use 90-91 degrees Celsius.
Qianjie Coffee is produced in daily stores, using 15g coffee powder, paired with Hario V60 small filter cup, and then brewed with 1:16 powder-water ratio. When everything is ready, use three-stage boiling technique: start timing, the first injection to 30g water, carry out 30s steaming; then start the second small amount of water to 125g, wait for the powder bed water to go down to half and then inject water, and then continue to inject small water around 225g, after all the dripping filtration is completed, the total extraction time is about 2 minutes 10 seconds-2 minutes 20 seconds.
