Alfonso Bialetti returned home after working in the French aluminum industry for more than 10 years and returned to Piedmont to set up his own workshop to produce aluminum household products. One day, when Bialetti saw his wife having an idea while washing clothes, she had the invention of mocha teapot. The mocha pot appeared to replace the espresso machine at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, but after decades of precipitation and development, the extraction pressure of the espresso machine has far exceeded the 1.5 Pa in ancient times. and because the water goes up through boiling, it also means that the temperature of the water is on the high side.
