How to make Ethiopian coffee

Prepare for
Clean coffee grinder, ceni, and baking pan. Any residual taste in different foods will change the taste of coffee.
Unroasted coffee beans should be washed three times.

Coffee roasting

Brew coffee

Pour two cups of water into the jebena.
Add ground coffee to the coffee cup. Turn the stove to medium fire. Let jebena stand on the stove for ten minutes.
When the coffee rises to the top of the hot bena coffee, turn off the gas.
Tilt the coffee cup so that the coffee powder settles to the bottom of the coffee cup.
Be careful not to move the jebena that has been placed. Moving will mix the bottom and top layers of the coffee.
Service coffee
