Stack filter paper

Warm cup

Pour in coffee powder

Pour the pure water heated by 180ml into the hand pot and control the water temperature between 88 ℃ ~ 92 ℃. Start the hot water in the middle of the coffee powder, slowly pour it in a circle, soak the coffee powder, and stop pouring water when the first drop of coffee starts dripping into the sharing pot. Stew for 10 minutes and 20 seconds.

Fractional water injection

Return the scale under the sharing pot to zero and slowly pour it into the 75ml hot water by circling it. After waiting for 10 seconds, continue to pour the remaining hot water in a circle.

Pour into the coffee cup

Pour the coffee from the sharing pot into your favorite coffee cup and enjoy your own fruits. Remember to warm the cup in advance so that the aroma of the coffee can be maximized.
