Qianjie-American Rose Summer producing area Panamanian Poquet Donkey Manor

Poquet Boquete is a town of Chiriqui in Chiriki province, located near the border between Panama and Costa Rica, near the famous Baru Baru volcano, the scenery is beautiful, the soil is fertile and the climate and soil are suitable for producing quality coffee. The microclimate in the Poquet Heights of Panama is a unique and important resource for boutique coffee in the Pokuit region; it is Panama's east-west environment that allows cold air to converge above 6500 feet through the Central Mountains, resulting in a variety of microclimates in the Pokuit region, making its temperature and rainfall very suitable for plant growth, so the coffee trees planted here are growing very well.

Donkey Manor has a history of nearly 100 years, because the original location of the manor is livestock farming, so the owner of the El Burro after growing coffee named it after donkey. The quality of the coffee beans planted is still very high. Donkey Manor is located in the Poquet region of Chiriki Province, Panama, with an area of about 50 hectares, while 20 hectares grow Rosa and Kaduai, 10 hectares are reserved for cultivation, and the rest is a reserve for the Baru Volcano National Forest Park. About 1700-1800 meters above sea level, the terrain of the area is steep, there are a large number of native tree species as shade trees, and clouds wrap around, effectively prolonging the growth cycle of coffee. The soil is volcanic soil with high content of potassium and phosphorus and rich organic matter.
