The first step

Pick up the beans. First boil hot water, weigh 15g coffee beans in the process of boiling water, pour them into the bean grinder, but do not grind them first.

The second step

Wet filter paper. Pour the hot water into the hand punch and wet the filter paper and the filter cup so that the filter paper is all wet and close to the wall of the filter cup. Objective to remove the smell of paper and improve the temperature of filter cup and sharing pot. Boil the water to 88 to 94 degrees Celsius with a hand kettle.

The third step

Grind coffee. Because if you grind too early, the aroma substances in coffee powder will volatilize in a short time.

It's steaming. Pour the ground coffee powder into the coffee filter cup, gently pat flat, and point a concave spot in the middle as the hot water injection point. Use a small pot to inject an appropriate amount of hot water into the concave point to make the coffee powder fully steamed (about 20s).

The fourth step

Through the hand punch pot, circle around the concave point, pour the water into the filter cup at a uniform speed, and pour 250g of water in about 60 to 90 seconds.

Step five

After all the water is dripped into the sharing pot through the filter cup and coffee powder, shake the coffee in the sharing pot evenly and mix the lower and upper liquids of different concentrations and flavors evenly, and a pot of fragrant hand-brewed coffee is finished.

Adjustment of coffee taste:

If you are not satisfied with the taste of coffee, adjust it according to the acidity and bitterness of the coffee. The sour taste can fine the grinding, or increase the water temperature, or lengthen the extraction time, it is recommended to make only one adjustment at a time, so that you can know the reason why the last coffee was not satisfied.
