Kaddura (Caturra), the younger brother of Bourbon, is a small and representative bourbon mutant in dwarf races, native to higher elevations, with a light sour taste and concentration.

Mondonovo (Mundo Novo), the child of Bourbon and Manning, is a hybrid of Bourbon and Mantenin. It has a strong ability to adapt to the environment and has an outstanding sense of balance in taste.

Kaddura (CATURRA): produced at higher altitudes with a light sour taste and concentration, slightly monotonous than the acid of the native species.
