Homemade hazelnut coffee liqueur at home
Coffee sweet wine is all the rage in cocktails, while coffee sweet wine with hazelnut aroma makes this liqueur more unique.
Raw materials:
Baogali hazelnut flavor syrup 30ml
P.r.o. Espresso 60ml
Rum 200ml
Yellow granulated sugar 200g
Hot water 150ml
2 vanilla beans
Practice:
Put 200g of yellow sugar in a container, slowly melt it over low heat, cook until caramel is colored, then add hot water three times and add 50ml once. At this point, the container will start to smoke, and the sugar will begin to boil and produce dark bubbles. Add the third water and then continue to heat, then add the P.r.o of 60ml. Espresso and vanilla beans, Bajiali hazelnut-flavored syrup, and finally slowly stir, while pouring 200ml rum, a glass of hazelnut-flavored coffee sweet wine.
