There are many reasons why producers choose to grow a certain crop: yield, flavor presentation, local environmental conditions and so on. Tell me briefly what bourbon is. Bourbon coffee was originally grown on the island of Reunion, which was also known as le Bourbon before 1789. Bourbon, the second species caused by the mutation of Typica, belongs to the oldest existing coffee variety.

The raw beans of the bourbon family are relatively round and small, and the well-known bourbon varieties: red bourbon and yellow bourbon, bourbon coffee has more and more abundant varieties, such as Kaddura, Pacas, pointed bourbon and so on.

Bourbon has the same tall and conical shape as the tin pickup, but it has more secondary branches and is thicker. The bourbon leaves are wider and rougher than tin cards, and the edges of the leaves are wavy. Young leaves are usually green, but sometimes have bronze tips. Coffee cherries are round and change to a variety of colors when ripe, such as red, orange or yellow (but the color on the same plant is the same).
