The owner, Esteban Sanches, who graduated from the caffeine department of the Agricultural University of Costa Rica, is a very fussy person. Sanches, the owner of the manor, was originally a member of the family of Candle Farm. Because of his insistence on coffee beans, he set up a manor Mirazu on his own.

The machines of the manor are designed and assembled by Sanches himself, and the machines that have been modified by him are particularly powerful. What he is most proud of is that he can use 100 liters of water to deal with all the coffee beans and better protect the water resources. Sanches's roaster and sheller are also designed by himself, and his sheller is different from the general one in that it can handle two different kinds of beans at a time. In the coffee garden, Sanches said that the quality of coffee begins with the trees themselves.
