Collection & screening

Picked coffee berries are hand-picked to remove poor quality and defective coffee berries.

Peeling / beating

As with other treatments, the picked coffee berries need to be treated as soon as possible and will be peeled / beaten and peeled by the machine within 8 to 12 hours, which removes the peel and pulp of the coffee berries.

Dryness

Warehousing
