Eagle Manor (El Halcon) is one of several farms owned by the Navarro family. It is located in Tarrazu, the best coffee producing area in Costa rica, at a very high altitude, all located at about 1900 meters, and is owned by Enrique Navarro (Enrique Navarro).

The beans grown at Eagle Manor include Kaddura and Kaduai, and the fresh and sweet cherries picked are sent to the nearby Monte Copey processing plant, run by his son Enrique Jr. Montekoppo is a typical microprocessing plant, which handles a limited number of coffee cherries on its own farm each year. After the picked cherries are delivered, the pulp is first removed by mechanical washing. The Penagos peeling machine is specially adjusted to allow more pulp mucosa to stay on the fruit to increase sweetness. After washing, dry in an elevated bed with a mask to slow down the drying rate. Under the management of Enrique, the treatment plant experimented with a variety of different treatment methods, in addition to washing, sun, honey treatment is very good.

The beans that won the 2014 World Coffee Masters in June 2014 were Tibica from the sun and honey treatment of La Mesa, another family farm. The Eagle Manor, Kaddura, won fourth place in the 2014 Costa Rica extraordinary Cup (COE) competition. Other small farmer batches processed by Montekobo also won the first, second and fifth place respectively, which was the big winner of the year.
