The lemon grass family has been growing coffee in Nicaragua for more than 100 years. Chuangyuan is rich in water sources and waterfall springs. The estate is the second oldest estate of the Mierisch family. Until the mid-1990s, the iron pickup was the only variety grown on the manor, but due to climate change, unstable market prices and coffee leaf rust, the lemon grass estate decided to start planting more diversified varieties. at the same time, pay more attention to quality rather than quantity.

In 2008, the manor won the runner-up of COE with the Nika Java breed. Niaga Java is a Java variety successfully planted by the landowner in Nicaragua, so it is named Niaga Java.
