Fazenda CETEC originated from the childhood dream of a humble family, M á rcio Cust ó dio and the Izonel Junior brothers. After graduating, the brother became a university professor and, after a few years as a teacher, decided to set up his own technical school in the southern state of Minas Gerais, called the CETEC- Lavelas Technical Center. The school was created to provide opportunities for young people in need to learn and improve their quality of life, just like the young brothers of M á rcio and Izonel.

After more than a decade of development and the training of more than 5000 students, the brothers decided to realize their childhood dream by buying a small farm used to raise cattle at that time. But Izonel Junior died a day after buying the farm. In memory of his brother, Marcio decided to continue his dream of replacing cattle with coffee.

Marcio has invested heavily in building an infrastructure capable of producing quality coffee. In particular, he is interested in the experimental process of coffee. In the proposed batch prepared according to the natural method, the cherries are dried with hot air to circulate them from the bottom to the top. Control the air temperature and keep it constant to achieve uniform drying and perfect fermentation control.

The batch is composed of Red Catuai varieties. In the cup, this coffee is balanced and complex, with aromas of chocolate, caramel, roasted hazelnuts and red berries. Very sweet and thick, with a thick body feeling.
