Fazenda Rainha is owned by the prestigious coffee family CarvalhoDias Family. The estate, which has a history of more than 116 years, is located in the high mountains of Sao Paulo state near the Minas border. The annual rainfall in this area is more than 1800 centimeters, which is abundant but does not cause torrential rain. The average annual temperature is only about 19 ℃, so the growth of bean fruit is slow but the density is enough. Although the yield is low, the aroma and flavor of bean is better than that of Brazilian plateau bean. Due to the ups and downs of the planting terrain, it can not be harvested by machine, so it can only be picked completely by hand, which can be said to be the representative manor of high-quality coffee in Brazil.

The four estates owned by Carvalho Dias have been the winners since 1999 and the first Brazilian Excellence Cup. They even won the championship in 2011 and runner-up in 2013. The family estates have taken away many awards in successive years.

The winning records in recent years are as follows:

13th place in 2014 COE Excellence Cup

No. 02 in the COE Excellence Cup in 2013

No. 08 in 2012 COE Excellence Cup

Winner of the 2011 COE Excellence Cup!
