Indonesia Mantenin Kayou Diamond Village Coffee Bean Characteristics and Flavors Plateau Village Project Introduction
Jiayou Diamond Village
Traditionally, coffee from Sumatra can be called Manning. Sumatran coffee is famous, but it is not produced all over the island. Of the ten provinces on the island, only the northern provinces of Jiangsu and Aceh produce coffee. The best coffee in northern Jiangsu is produced around Lake Lake Toba and is mostly grown by local aborigines, the Batak People.
Aceh coffee is mainly produced in the Gayo mountains on the north side of Lake Lake Tawar, and the farmers are made up of the local aboriginal caf é (Gayo People).
Permata stands for "gem" in Indonesian, so it is named "Diamond Village". The area is planted at an altitude of about 1400-1600 meters. Traditional shade planting, rich microclimate, and centuries-old planting technology of the Cayou people can create a unique flavor that distinguishes it from the Batak people.
Plateau village project
In general, Manning is mostly acquired through market transactions and then through layers of middlemen, and most of the sources of production can only be traced to large producing areas, such as Gayo or Toba, and can only be designated to small producing areas, such as Lington.
The "single village source" can not only be traced back to the location of individual coffee plantations, farmers' planting environment, harvest and follow-up treatment, but also can understand the way of life of farmers, but also can communicate with them and convey messages from consumers.
"High altitude" Mantenin is rare, coupled with the "single village source" is a pioneering work in the boutique coffee industry.
