Introduction of Alida Manor in Panama
Manor Elida Estate in Panama has a long history, has a history of 102 years, with a planting area of 30 hectares, a size of 65 hectares, and a high altitude. The average number of lots we bought is between 1700 and 1800m. Alida Manor itself is in the National Park Reserve, and the manor has maintained a very primitive forest appearance, while retaining many native tree species and edible tomatoes and plum trees. Due to the protection of the environment, the Alida Manor has not been paved with asphalt. With the elevation getting higher and higher, the temperature has dropped significantly, and the cold and cool temperature and the protection of shade trees also provide a good environment for growing coffee trees.
Wilford, the third-generation producer of Elida Estate, has done a lot of research on processing technology to keep the estate at the top. Although the Panamanian coffee industry is not like a professional project or laboratory in other countries, the Lamastus family and their neighbors are members of SCAP (Specialty Coffee Association of Panama), and they constantly get together to discuss each other's methods and new plans. In the SCAP meeting, there is a good relationship of sharing and cooperation among members.
