What is a piccolo latte?

The reasonable proportion of coffee and milk can make the taste of coffee come out without being too full-bodied.
The base for making piccolo lattes is also made of sunflowers and beans to extract a single espresso. The extraction parameter of Qianjie is 12g coffee powder to extract 30g coffee liquid and the extraction time is 23 seconds. (it also needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation)
Milk mixing part: the front street uses a milk tank with a capacity of 350ml and pours it into 100ml milk (too little milk is difficult to deal with). Piccolo latte is thinner and thicker than Australian white coffee, about 0.5cm, and the milk temperature is also between 55 ℃ and 65 ℃.
This time, Qianjie uses 100ml cups to make piccolo lattes. Milk is mixed with 60ml and coffee, then covered with a layer of light milk foam, or mixed with milk to draw flowers.
