1. Taicha No. 8 (Amim Black Tea)

Named in 1973, it was bred by Jaipuri, a big-leaf species of Assam in India. Taicha No. 8 was improved by Assam tea, which is also widely known as Assam black tea. The summer tea from June to July is the best, with a strong malt flavor similar to that of Indian Assam black tea, but it is more astringent and suitable for seasoning tea, mostly produced in Nantou.

2. Taicha No. 18 (Hongyu Black Tea)

Derived from Taiwan wild tea and Burmese big leaf tea, looking around the world's well-known black tea items, Hongyu belongs to a very unique breed. The tea has natural cinnamon and light mint aroma, and its aroma comes from wild camellia from Taiwan. Once praised by black tea experts as Taiwan's unique "Taiwan fragrance", most of them are made of hand-made tea, red and transparent, and have a strong aroma. Similar to the combination of Assam and Ceylon Wuwa tea, it is very unique and is mostly produced in Nantou.

3. Taicha No. 21 (Hongyun Black Tea)

After nearly 40 years of cultivation in the tea improvement field, the new black tea variety named "Hongyun" was named "Hongyun" in 2008. It was bred by Indian big leaf species and Qimen leaflet species. The tea has a strong flower and fruit fragrance. The tea soup is golden and bright in color, sweet and soft in taste. At present, it is widely cultivated in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, which is more suitable for pure drink, mostly produced in Nantou.

4. Honey fragrant black tea

It is the only special tea style rich in Wuhe area of Hualien. The rich honey flavor comes from the small green leafhopper, and the tea is damaged by the bite of the small green leafhopper.
