What is hand-made coffee?

With different filter cups / different grindness, water temperature and water injection techniques, the same coffee bean will have different flavor and taste.

There is no need for any pressure during the extraction, so the hand-brewed coffee belongs to the dripping filter coffee.
What is American coffee?
Authentic American coffee requires the use of an Italian espresso machine to extract espresso and then dilute it with the right amount of water. The American coffee machine on the market is actually a dripping coffee machine, which extracts the soluble substance from the coffee powder by injecting water, and then drops it into the pot through filter paper / screen.
Espresso is different from hand-brewed coffee in that it injects hot water into the extremely fine and compact powder layer through the pressure of 9bar, and the coffee liquid with extremely high extraction concentration is extracted quickly (20-30 seconds) with the powder-to-liquid ratio at 1:2.
