What is Bing Bock?

Bingbok transliterated from the German word Eisbock originally refers to the frozen purification process of beer purification, that is, German ice beer. The principle is that different substances are released according to their different freezing points. Apply the same original to milk, that is, ice bok milk.

For example, the freezing point of water in milk is 0 ℃, while the freezing point of other substances (protein, fat) is lower than that of water. If milk is placed in an environment of-20 ℃, the water in the milk will first condense into ice, and only when the temperature reaches the freezing point of other substances will it slowly freeze. In the process of melting, other substances are more likely to melt and release, and ice melts most slowly. How to simply make ice bok milk?
