Owned by the prestigious and venerable coffee family CarvalhoDias family, the 280mu estate is located in one of Brazil's ancient volcanic valleys, the Vale da GramaoCarvalho Dias family and is a founding member of the Brazilian Fine Coffee Association, which has run the Queen's estate since 1890 and is now run by Jose-Renato Goncalves-Diaz nephew Gabriel de CarvalhoDias. There are 200 mu of Huangbo coffee trees planted on the manor, and the undulating mountains prevent large-scale mechanical harvesting, so all the coffee here needs to be harvested by hand. This bean is 100% Huangboben. The bean is treated with the peeling method invented in Brazil, a natural treatment similar to honey treatment to make the coffee taste more round. The persistence of coffee quality and the maintenance of the environment are obvious to all. In the family farm, the use of natural waterfalls to develop pollution-free hydropower, self-sufficient electricity demand, the construction of churches, classrooms, nurseries, medical stations, adhere to the maintenance of primitive forests of native animals and plants and continuous afforestation.
Queen's Manor, the 280-hectare farm includes 200 hectares of prestigious yellow bourbon trees (some of which are more than 50 years old). The management of Fazenda Rainha has been devolved to Jos é RenatoGon ç alvesDias, who brought his passion for coffee all the way back to his great-grandparents who worked on the same land. As a trained agronomist, Jose combines his inherited passion with academic knowledge to focus on creating a biologically diverse environment full of biological and beneficial insects to support healthy coffee crops. After harvest, the coffee is dried on the patio for at least 30 days and then stored in a wooden silo until it is ready for grinding and export.
The yellow bourbon variety is a bourbon variety planted in Brazil, and its fruit is yellow because of its recessive genes. Yellow bourbon coffee beans are sweet and clean by nature. Sunbathing will make them slightly less sour, but they match well with sweetness, have a good balance and have tropical fruit aromas. Of the 280 mu occupied by the Queen's Manor, 200 mu are planted with yellow bourbon.
