Colombian coffee exudes a light and elegant aroma, not as strong as Brazilian coffee, not as sour as African coffee, but a sweet fragrance, low-key and elegant. This Colombian coffee bean represents the most typical Colombian coffee flavor. This rose summer with coffee beans is a mixture of rose summer, Kaddura and Kaduai. When you see this, some friends will wonder if this bean is still a single coffee bean. Single coffee beans refer to coffee beans grown in a single (same) coffee producing area / estate, not a single variety of coffee beans, so this rose summer blend coffee beans belong to single coffee beans. So this coffee bean is the first time that Montblanc Manor has sold Rosa coffee beans to the market.

The coffee bean was washed; the gardener first floated the picked fruit to remove underdense / rotten coffee fruit and sand and gravel from the branches. The peel and pulp are then removed by machine, and the peeled fruit is put into a fermentation tank for 18-36 hours in order to remove the pectin layer through the acid produced by fermentation. The fermented coffee fruit will be washed and finally sun-dried to reduce the moisture content of coffee beans to about 11%. Sun-dried coffee beans will be stored with parchment and will not be peeled off until they are exported.

Its flavor is pink pepper, chamomile, mandarin, honey and almonds.
