Hanging ears and hand brewing belong to filter extraction, but compared with the operation of hand brewing coffee, hanging ears will be much more convenient and faster. Hand coffee at least need to prepare: brewing kettle, thermometer, filter cup and filter paper, grinder, chronograph, etc., because the ear is ground in advance, there is no need to be equipped with grinding equipment. How do you make your coffee?

What do you need to pay attention to in the ear-hanging coffee?

Similar to hand brewing, the taste of hanging-ear coffee depends on coffee beans, and different producing areas and treatments have different flavor tonality. What is different from hand flushing is that the coffee powder that hangs the ear has been ground in advance, so the aroma is not as full as that of current grinding.

After the coffee beans are ground into powder, the area of contact with the air is more, and the loss of gas and aroma substances in the body will be accelerated, which means that the appreciation period is shortened, and the aroma of the coffee is not so rich and tasteless. If it is kept for too long, the coffee powder will be aged and there will be a "woody smell".

The water temperature of brewing is also very important. usually, the water temperature of our hands should be controlled at 86-93 degrees Celsius. If you can't increase the water temperature, lengthen the contact time between the coffee powder and the hot water, that is to say, soak a little longer.

The amount of water injected and the size of the flow can also change the concentration of hanging-ear coffee.
