Guatemalan coffee
Guatemala is located in the southern part of North America, bordering Mexico, Belize, Honduras and El Salvador, and is bordered by the Gulf of Honduras in the Caribbean Sea to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the south. Guatemala is 2/3 mountains and plateaus, the west and south belong to the volcanic belt, with more than 30 volcanoes, of which Tahumurco volcano is 4211 meters above sea level, the highest peak in Central America. Because it is located in the tropics, the north and east belong to the tropical rain forest climate, the south belongs to the subtropical climate, the year is divided into two dry and wet seasons. Antigua Antigua producing area
Coffee is grown in 20 of Guatemala's 22 provinces. Eight of them are well-known, divided into five volcanic producing areas and three non-volcanic producing areas, and coffee is planted at an average elevation of more than 1500 meters. Non-volcanic areas include Vivette Nanguo (Huehuetenango), Coban (Coban) and New Oriental (Nuevo Oriente). Volcanic areas include Atitlan, Antigua, Acatenango, Fraijanes and San Marcos. Among them, Vivette Nanguo and Antigua are more famous, while New Oriental is a relatively new producing area. At present, Qianjie Coffee also has a kind of rose summer coffee beans from New Oriental producing areas. In addition, Guatemala, which is selected for entry, is from the Vivetna fruit producing area.
Antigua is surrounded by three volcanoes: Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango. Most coffee is grown in the hinterland of the valley, where it is 1500-1700 meters above sea level. The soil of Antigua has a very high content of pumice (pumice), mainly from the active Fuego volcano, which keeps the humidity at 65% all the year round. Antigua coffee belongs to shade cultivation, shade is mainly to protect coffee trees from frost in the future, all because of the cold night from December to February of the following year, sometimes frost. Dense shade and extremely shallow aquifers create a unique microclimate, coupled with fertile volcanic soil and suitable humidity, Antigua coffee has bright acidity and fruity aromas.
Raminita La Minita
La Minita traders have created their own coffee brand "La Flor del Cafe" in Guatemala, which means "Coffee Flower" and translated into Chinese as "Flower God". Raminita is known for its excellent planting and handling techniques and strict quality control, and does not use pesticides on its own estates.
Raminita Flower God is produced by Pastores Mill, a well-known local processing plant in Guatemala. Coffee quality from raw beans to washing, sun treatment and other procedures are carried out in accordance with Raminita's strict control procedures, and strictly supervise the whole process from planting to packaging in order to ensure that the coffee beans provided by Pastores Mill processing plants are of the best quality.
