The two sides insulted each other and kept picking up items on the counter and throwing them at each other, resulting in chaos at the scene. It is understood that the store involved is located in Wanda Plaza, Luoyang City, Henan Province. It is a franchise store of Xicha. The incident occurred at around 12 noon on the 17th.

According to multiple online videos, the customer first forcibly overturned the materials placed on the counter, and then the two men picked up the scattered items and threw them at each other with force, and cursed each other. In the picture, it can be seen that although someone tried to dissuade the employee, the two people became more and more excited, and cartons, straws and other items were scattered on the ground, making the scene a mess.

Regarding the dispute, a reporter contacted a staff member of the store. The other party said that he was not sure about the specific situation, because he was preparing materials in the kitchen when the incident occurred, and the conflict had already occurred when he went out. Shortly after the incident, the employees involved also left the store.

An eyewitness at the scene said,"The woman cursed first, but she also attacked first." After the conflict in the video, the person traveling with the female customer also rushed to the store to join them. The scene was chaotic for a time, and it was not until someone came to dissuade them that the three stopped hitting each other.

Regarding the reason for the conflict, the witness speculated that the dissatisfaction was caused because the shop assistant involved had been busy in the early stage and had a slightly bad attitude. The female customer felt neglected.

After the incident broke out, a staff member at Wanda Plaza, where the Xicha store was located, mentioned that the store in the video had closed early that afternoon and was being closed for rectification, and the two people who had a dispute also reached a settlement. As for the specific reason for the incident, the staff member said that it was not convenient to disclose it.

According to Red Star Video, the person in charge of the Xi Tea store replied in an interview that the two people had a conflict over ordering issues."No matter what the problem is, it must be an apology to the customer." On August 18, according to the official Xicha ordering Mini programs, the store involved was displayed in a "temporarily closed" mode.
