Last Updated: 2024/09/17, Today, on behalf of Pulan Coffee, I gave a telephone interview to a reporter from the Straits Times in Singapore. For more than half an hour, I talked about my views on Chinese coffee culture, coffee shop development and coffee shop entrepreneurship. As my job, although I teach students every day, although I continue to sum up and learn by writing books, I feel deeply every time I talk about these topics, and every time I get involved.

Today, on behalf of Pulan Coffee, I gave a telephone interview to a reporter from the Straits Times in Singapore. For more than half an hour, I talked about my views on Chinese coffee culture, coffee shop development and coffee shop entrepreneurship. As my job, although I teach students to "talk" every day, although I continue to sum up and learn by writing books, I feel deeply every time I talk about these topics, and I am full of deep feelings every time I talk about these topics. This kind of work is something I never experienced when I was a college teacher, and it was difficult to experience when I was engaged in the "boring" consulting industry (serving multinational companies). Fullness, freedom, contentment, longing and pressure coexist, is this the state of mind of the seeker?

I am also very grateful to the Straits Times of Singapore for giving us the opportunity of Platinum Coffee and for their attention to the survival of the domestic coffee shop industry. Coffee shop is no longer a new term, but a way of life, an attitude towards life. "she" is not as noble as the teahouse, not as greasy and muddy as the restaurant, not as noisy and impetuous as the bar. So what about the cafe? I understand that the cafe is positive, WTO-oriented, reserved and enthusiastic, rational and emotional. A container that can be filled with everything! A blank piece of paper, let you and me presumptuous!

Love you, coffee, praise you, cafe!
