Home made cappuccino steps:
1. Grind the coffee beans into coffee powder, and grind the graduation fine;
2. Put the coffee powder into the powder groove in the middle of the mocha pot and smooth the powder;
3. Add water to the lower seat of the mocha pot. It should be noted that when adding water, please do not exceed the safety valve of the lower seat;
4. Insert the powder groove into the lower seat and tighten the upper seat with the lower seat;
5, use a gas stove or induction cooker to heat the mocha pot, when heating the mocha pot, please open the lid of the seat to facilitate the observation of coffee color changes.
6, when hot water through the middle of the coffee powder, from the middle of the seat flow, pay attention to the color of coffee changes, the color of coffee liquid becomes light yellow when the fire, coffee production is complete.
Pour the coffee into a coffee cup.
8. Pour whole milk into the manual milker about 1/3 of the way.
9. Insert the double-layer filter into the cylinder, and pull the pull rod up and down, about fifteen times.
10. When the foam is finished, use a spoon to scrape off the large bubbles in the upper layer, and then shake the milk tank horizontally to mix the milk and foam evenly.
11. Pour the milk and milk foam in the milk mixer from a higher position and gradually reduce the height, and finally form the phenomenon that the milk foam floats on the surface of the coffee.
12. Cappuccino production is complete.
