Travel all over the world because of coffee
Born in Xinhui, Mr. Chung went to Hong Kong with his parents at the age of 13. He is a Hong Kong citizen with new membership and now runs a family business-coffee trade. In 2003, he came to Jiangmen to open a coffee company. Not long ago, he opened two other cafes that operate western food.
For the reason of purchasing coffee, Mr. Zhong has traveled to many countries, most of which are coffee-rich countries located near the equator, such as Ethiopia, Jamaica, India, Costa Rica and so on. Although these countries are not currently popular tourist destinations, in Mr. Zhong's eyes, they are more amorous and charming than other countries famous for tourism.
During his eight years in Jiangmen, Mr. Zhong made a group of friends, organized a car club with his friends, and often traveled around by car. In the process, he got to know the beautiful rivers and mountains and beautiful scenery of the mainland of the motherland again. He enjoyed the feeling of returning to nature very much. "I hope these natural beauty can be protected so that our children and grandchildren can feel it." Mr. Zhong is always grateful for the beautiful scenery and the life where he can often travel for leisure.

Mr. Zhong's family business is the coffee trade. He has a deep affection for coffee since he was a child. After graduation, he is in charge of purchasing in the family business. To this end, he has traveled to many countries near the equator where coffee is rich.
Apart from enjoying the beautiful scenery, tourism is more important to appreciate the culture. Listening to Mr. Zhong tell the story about coffee during the journey, we can't help but get caught up in the strong coffee culture.
When he just graduated, Mr. Zhong was young and yearning for the Blue Mountain Coffee of Jamaica, the king of coffee, so he went to Jamaica to buy coffee, of which the top coffee was grown more than 1000 meters above sea level. The coffee is not sold to the local people, and under the repeated questioning of Mr. Chung, the local talent told them that it was the economic crisis in Jamaica in the 1990s, and Japan helped them through the crisis. To be grateful, they only sell these good coffees to Japan. Although they did not buy the best coffee, the locals entertained them. On the top of the Blue Mountains in Jamaica, watching the night fall, enjoying the blurred lights in the distance and tasting the best Blue Mountain coffee, it was the most perfect coffee experience in Mr. Chung's life.
Mr. Zhong has also been to the coffee producing area of Sulawesi, Indonesia. However, masked palm civet often eats ripe coffee beans there, affecting the local harvest. In the local area, some people sell the poop pulled by masked palm civet after eating coffee beans cheaply. Many years later, Mr Chung found that this kind of coffee poop sold for as high as 4300 Hong Kong dollars a pound in Hong Kong. "I roasted and tasted it myself. although this coffee does have another flavor, I don't like it, and I won't sell it, especially when I hear that someone breeds masked palm civet specially to make money and then feeds them with coffee beans. I can't accept this kind of coffee."
Mr. Zhong often goes to Africa to buy coffee. It was only when he arrived in Ethiopia that he discovered what real poverty was. Many people there do not have enough to eat and are all skin and bones. When he returned to Hong Kong, he found that there was a charity that could help Ethiopian children. He signed up, "because of their business contacts, I hope their lives can be better."
