Coffee cups are brewed with hot water (92-96°C) in a metered container (150 ml) and a metered roast of freshly ground coffee powder (12-15 g). The number of participants in the cup should be more than 4, and the samples should be scored independently and quietly when the cup is tasted, and finally the comprehensive score of the samples should be obtained.

Different varieties and producing areas have different coffee tastes. Each sample is mainly tasted from aroma, flavor, acidity, viscosity (alcohol and thickness), aftertaste, sweetness, balance, consistency and cleanliness to determine the comprehensive taste.
