Indonesians bake Kopi Luwak to the extent that it is baked in the whole city, which is a relatively deep baking, but after the landlady personally extracted it by hand, the taste of Kopi Luwak is surprisingly smooth and mellow, with no obvious bitterness. There is almost no sour taste (possibly a deeper baked relationship), all the flavors reach a delicate balance, and the taste is a bit similar to Chinese Pu'er tea. The aftertaste is a little bit sweet, and the persistence of the aftertaste is very good. The aroma is softer and the fragrance is very good. The first sip is actually light, but after a few more sips, with the accumulation of taste, the unique style of Kopi Luwak with gentle wind and gentle rain can be reflected.

Generally speaking, Kopi Luwak is a kind of reserved coffee, which caters to the drinking habits of some Japanese, so like Blue Mountain Coffee, the main consumers of Kopi Luwak are Japan and South Korea.
