Now introduce a drip filter coffee pot use method:

Using a filter cup to brew coffee is a very economical and convenient method. Its principle is the same as American coffee. It seems simple but in fact requires considerable experience. It is more difficult than siphon coffee. If you have enough kung fu, you can make a cup of coffee with a very high level. Its focus is on whether you can control the amount of water and speed.

Ingredients: a filter cup, filter paper the size of a filter cup, a lovely glass jug (preferably heated directly) or any container, a kettle.

Step 1: It requires the same coffee powder thickness as American coffee.

Step 2, its filter paper use method, and American coffee is the same, try to make the filter paper can be completely close to the filter cup funnel.

Step 3, its coffee powder dosage is also the same as American coffee, about 12~15g per cup, you can choose to add or subtract.

Step 4, the coffee powder into the filter paper after the treatment method, is also the coffee powder spread flat, from the center point slightly to the coffee powder around, but do not compact the coffee powder, so that the coffee powder slightly funnel-shaped.

Step 5: Put the glass pot or other container at the bottom, first use hot water to slightly blanch, so that the coffee does not cool too fast.

Step 6: Cool the boiling hot water to about 93℃, pour water from the center point of the coffee powder with a slender kettle nozzle, and circle outward at a stable water volume and speed, but remember not to flush to the place where there is no coffee powder. After the water is filled with coffee powder, wait for the water to filter, but do not wait until the water drops dry. Continue to flush outward from the middle.

After 2~3 flushes, until we drop the amount of water we want (150 g per cup). When the pot below reaches the standard amount of water we want, whether there is still water in the filter cup or not, remove the filter cup immediately.

Step 7: Heat the brewed coffee a little more, the taste will be better, but do not boil the coffee.

When making coffee in a filter cup, one important thing is to try not to make too little coffee because the less powder you have, the harder it is to control the amount of water.
